Message to do with your fork and throwout bearing sliding up on it. (caused by a big jolt or jarring in transit or on loading or unloading of the vehicle.

But you could try throwing some cheap and relatively easy to replace parts at the problem by replacing your slave cylinder and rebuilding your master if you want to first. But I'd be prepared to face the music that a tranny pull is probably in your future to fix the problem. :-(

The sudden onset and severity of your problems suggest a failure of some mechanical part, not air in the lines. (and if your lines had sprung a leak you'd see fluid level dropping or leaks somewhere). So what's left in the clutch system that can fail suddenly? The master cylinder, slave, fork, or TOB.
